Vertex MEP were appointed to carry out a condition survey and MEP condition report. The results of this survey and report informed a scope of works, MEP specification and drawings to rectify the MEP installation prior to the property being marketed for sale.
The works included new heat generation plant, system flushing protocols in-line with BSRIA BG50 and replacement circulation pumps.
